Mary Chavez-Perez is a licensed REALTOR® in the state of Washington. Mary Chavez-Perez was born and raised in Mexico.  She is fluent in both Spanish and English.  In the year 2000, Mary moved to the United States to be closer to family and receive greater education for a more promising career. She’s knowledgeable in home sales around this area including Seattle and across the Puget Sound.

Mary has worked in Customer Service for over 10 years and has a background in management.  Mary is a thorough and hard worker and will make certain that all your needs are met using her exceptional negotiation skills.
